I’m tempted to prenounce Mashable the best online application surveyer, but I don’t really know any resembling it. Both the information and the speed of posting is really worth it, although the latter makes anything else than skimming futile. You, on the other hand, have the ease and comfort of ddavid picking the gold. I love you.
Here’s some examples of the brilliant summeries created by Mashable:

Hey there, fellow reader.
We made this European site - In English, as we feel a common Internet language is a nice idea. We will be glad to translate submitted material to English, if needed.
When you think about it, all the cool sites are American (BoingBoing etc.). We don’t feel it has to be this way. We do, after all, outnumber them.
The layout of the site is a template I used in the creation, but I think it’s pretty worthy of a live test while the final layout is created.
The image is a 5 min. Myspace commercial sketch. What do you think? Of the sketch and the site?
Thank you for reading. I love you.
