I’ve totally gotten into Evernote, lately. Great tag integration, great search, image text search etc. It feels like a personal database you want to use. Not a small thing, actually.

Encypher.It

Checking up on encryption, I stumpled upon Encipher. It: One-click, no installation, in-browser encryption for GMail, Facebook - or anything, really.

This software seems to fill a major gap with regards to usability and versatility. I’ll definitely keep testing it.

Update Jan. 23: Has an annoying flaw when used together with Facebook, which makes it unusable on that platform.
